WHR 2026 — Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before registering. By completing registration and payment, you agree to the conditions below.

01Registration & Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and verification of the information submitted.

02Cancellation Policy

Cancellations were permitted up to 1 August 2026. Any eligible refund, where applicable, is processed after deduction of bank or payment charges.

03Transfer of Registration

After 1 August 2026, registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. A confirmed booking may be transferred to another eligible participant only after the organisers receive the complete replacement details by email at sevenislandshogofficer@gmail.com and approve the change.

04Event Organisers

WHR 2026 is hosted by the Seven Islands H.O.G. Chapter Committee and Seven Islands Harley-Davidson, Mumbai. Event rules, schedules and operational guidelines are determined by the organisers, whose decisions are final and binding.

05Package Inclusions

  • Two lunches
  • Two dinners
  • Two breakfasts
  • Stay at The Deltin, Daman, according to the selected room category
  • Access to official WHR 2026 activities

06Room Allocation

Room allocations are decided by the organisers. Rooming requests and bed preferences cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability.

Check-in: 1:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and the discretion of the hotel or organisers.

07Changes to Room Allocation

The organisers may modify room allocations due to hotel inventory, group requirements, operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.

08Organising Committee’s Decision

Committee decisions regarding registrations, room allocations, conduct, safety, scheduling and disputes are final and binding.

09Code of Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves responsibly. The organisers may refuse or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or brings the event into disrepute, without refund.

10Ride Safety

Participants must possess a valid riding licence and ensure their motorcycle has valid registration, insurance and PUC where applicable. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

11Event Changes

The organisers may modify the itinerary, venue, timings, activities or inclusions due to weather, government directives, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

12Photography & Media

Photographs and videos made during WHR 2026 may be used by the organisers, sponsors and partners for promotional, marketing and social-media purposes without further compensation.

13Liability

Participants attend and ride at their own risk. The organisers, host chapter, dealership, sponsors, partners and venue are not liable for injury, accident, illness, theft, loss or damage to a person or property during the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14Force Majeure

The organisers are not responsible for cancellation, postponement, delay or modification caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public-health events, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes or road closures.

15Registration Data & Uploaded Documents

Registration details, identity proof and payment proof are collected only to administer WHR 2026, verify payment and membership, allocate rooms and support event check-in. Access is restricted to authorised event administrators.

Participants may mask information not required for identification where legally permitted. Records will be retained only for event administration, reconciliation and applicable legal obligations, after which they should be securely deleted. To request correction or deletion, email chaptermanager@sevenislands-harley.com.
